At Olfacto Privé, every detail matters. From selection to delivery, we aim for precision. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
Returns
We accept returns only under strict conditions:
- Products must remain sealed, unused, and untouched, exactly as received.
- Original packaging, including cellophane and protective seals, must be intact.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
If your order included a complimentary item, it must be returned as well. Otherwise, its value will be deducted.
Non-returnable items:
- Products without seal or protective packaging
- Testers and decants
- Perfume samples
- Gift cards
Fees
Speed matters to us. Orders are processed almost immediately, which means:
- Cancellations and returns are not free
- Fees vary depending on your location
- Unclaimed or refused deliveries will result in shipping costs being deducted
Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at [your email here] with your order number
- Include clear photos of the item
- Wait for approval before sending anything back
Once approved:
You’ll receive a return fee link, followed by shipping instructions.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
After receiving your return:
- We inspect the item carefully
- You’ll be notified once the refund is approved
- Processing takes up to 7 days
Your payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
Refunds are issued only if all conditions are fully met.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order after your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We’ll make it right—without delay.
